1. Eligibility and Age Requirement
To purchase any of our courses, guides, or digital products, you must be at least 18 years of age or older. If any minor or underage individual uses or purchases our services, it will be assumed that they have the proper consent and supervision of their parent or legal guardian, and the responsibility for any financial transactions will lie with them.
2. Account, Security, and Strict No-Sharing Policy
Accuracy of Information: When creating an account on Denox Media, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using another person's name or fake information is strictly prohibited.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and access panel. You will be held personally responsible for any activities occurring under your account.
No-Sharing Policy: Denox Media follows a strict "one person, one account" policy. Sharing your login details, course video access, private forum or Discord/WhatsApp group links, special templates, or any paid content with any other person, friend, or organization is completely and strictly prohibited.
Immediate Termination: If our system or admin team detects any form of multiple IP login, account sharing, or unauthorized access, your account will be permanently terminated without any prior notice or refund.
3. Order, Payment, and Additional Charges
Enrollment Confirmation: Your order will only be successful and course access granted once a successful payment transaction is completed and verified by our payment gateway. If the payment fails or is put on hold, the order will be considered cancelled.
Gateway and Third-Party Fees: Any additional transaction charges, cash-out fees, or VAT imposed by payment gateways, banks, or mobile financial services (such as bKash, Rocket, Nagad, or debit/credit cards) are entirely the buyer's responsibility. Denox Media only receives the base fee of the course.
4. Product Information and Pricing

5. Course Access, Participation, and Learning Rules
Learning Discipline: Upon enrollment, you will receive access to the instructional content, video lessons, and guidelines. Students must actively participate and complete the lessons sequentially according to the directed guidelines.
Personal Laziness and Inactivity: The student bears full responsibility for skipping lessons, failing to submit homework or assignments due to laziness, remaining inactive in the course for long periods, or leaving the course incomplete due to personal issues. Denox Media will not be held responsible under any circumstances if a student fails to achieve their desired results or leaves midway, and no claims based on this will be accepted.
6. Absolute No-Refund & No-Guarantee Policy
Instant Digital Delivery: All products of Denox Media (courses, videos, strategies, templates) are "digital products." Since access is unlocked immediately upon payment and this is not a physical product, we do not offer any refunds.
No Trial or Window: Denox Media does not offer any trial period, money-back guarantee, or refund time window. Once a product is purchased, it is 100% final and non-refundable.
Disregarded Excuses: Excuses such as "I bought it by mistake," "I don't have time," or "I changed my mind" will not be considered. Buyers must review details before purchasing.
Technical Exception: Only if a major technical glitch prevents delivery of access for 7 working days, alternative arrangements may be considered by our management.
7. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Use

- Hacking, exploiting bugs, or compromising security.
- Harassing, threatening, or making derogatory remarks against staff or students in any public forum. Violations result in a permanent ban.
8. Marketing and Communications
By creating an account, you give permission to Denox Media to send updates, promotions, and marketing materials via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls. By providing this consent, you release the company from any legal liability regarding 'Do Not Call' (DNC) databases.

তাত্ক্ষণিক বহিষ্কার: যদি আমাদের সিস্টেমে বা অ্যাডমিন টিম দ্বারা কোনো ধরনের মাল্টিপল আইপি লগইন, অ্যাকাউন্ট শেয়ারিং বা অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেস সনাক্ত করা হয়, তবে কোনো প্রকার পূর্ব নোটিশ বা টাকা ফেরত (Refund) ছাড়াই আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল (Terminate) করা হবে।

গেটওয়ে এবং থার্ড-পার্টি ফি: পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে, ব্যাংক বা মোবাইল ফাইন্যান্সিয়াল সার্ভিস (যেমন: বিকাশ, রকেট, নগদ, বা ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট কার্ড) দ্বারা আরোপিত যেকোনো ধরনের অতিরিক্ত ট্রানজেকশন চার্জ, ক্যাশ-আউট ফি বা ভ্যাট সম্পূর্ণভাবে ক্রেতার দায়িত্ব। ডেনক্স মিডিয়া শুধুমাত্র কোর্সের মূল ফি গ্রহণ করে।
৪. প্রোডাক্টের তথ্য, কারিগরি বিবরণ এবং মূল্য নির্ধারণ (Product Information and Pricing)

লার্নিং ডিসিপ্লিন: এনরোল করার পর আপনি শিক্ষণীয় কনটেন্ট, ভিডিও লেসন, এবং গাইডলাইনের অ্যাক্সেস পাবেন। শিক্ষার্থীদের অবশ্যই সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে এবং নির্দেশিত নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ধারাবাহিকভাবে লেসনগুলো শেষ করতে হবে।
ব্যক্তিগত অলসতা ও নিষ্ক্রিয়তা: লেসন স্কিপ করা, অলসতার কারণে হোমওয়ার্ক বা অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট জমা না দেওয়া, দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে কোর্সে নিষ্ক্রিয় থাকা, বা নিজের ব্যক্তিগত সমস্যার কারণে কোর্স অসমাপ্ত রেখে চলে যাওয়ার দায় সম্পূর্ণ শিক্ষার্থীর। শিক্ষার্থী কোর্স থেকে কাঙ্ক্ষিত ফলাফল না পেলে বা মাঝপথে ছেড়ে দিলে ডেনক্স মিডিয়া কোনোভাবেই দায়ী থাকবে না এবং এর ভিত্তিতে কোনো দাবি গ্রাহ্য হবে না।
৬. শতভাগ কঠোর অফেরতযোগ্য নীতি (Absolute No-Refund & No-Guarantee Policy)

- কোর্সের কোনো ভিডিও বা ম্যাটেরিয়াল কপি করা, স্ক্রিন রেকর্ড করা, লোকাল ড্রাইভে ডাউনলোড করা, সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া বা টরেন্টে রি-আপলোড করা, পাইরেসি করা বা বাণিজ্যিক উদ্দেশ্যে বিক্রি ও বিতরণ করা।
- আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা সার্ভারে হ্যাক করার চেষ্টা করা, কোনো বাগ (Bug) বা ত্রুটির অপব্যবহার করা, অথবা নিরাপত্তা বিঘ্নিত করার কোনো টেকনিক্যাল চেষ্টা করা।

৮. মার্কেটিং এবং যোগাযোগ সম্মতি (Marketing and Communications)
